6 Step Process
For Success

From initial planning and design stages to the final touches, our commitment to excellence ensures a finished product that exceeds expectations.

Initial On-site Consultation

Every job starts with an onsite consultation to better understand your vision and how we can best make it a reality. This is where we would discuss your overall project and end goals (finished product wants/needs, desired timeline, and ideal budget etc.)

Small Projects

For small projects, from the consultation we would complete a preliminary scope of work and cost estimate, including concept drawings if necessary. Examples of small projects would include garage packages, kitchen/bathroom renos, decks/fences, simple exterior renos etc.

Large Projects

For large scale projects like multi-room renovations, full-scale basement developments, or a complete exterior upgrade we would enter into a design agreement with you to start developing concept drawings and a preliminary scope of work. From the preliminary scope we can start to compile a project budget and timeline. Contact us for further information.

Proposal Acceptance

Scope of work and projected costs are approved. Deposits are collected, progress billing milestones (if necessary) are clearly defined. Permit applications are completed, and the project schedule gets created.

Construction Begins

The work is constantly being inspected and the plan is constantly being reviewed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product. Progress invoices are created as each project milestone is reached. Changes in design and scope are addressed promptly with documented change orders detailing the impact on the project budget.

Project Completion

Final inspections are performed to ensure the scope of work has been completed and any deficiencies are corrected. We conduct a comprehensive client walk through going over all finished product features and any product warranties, use and care instructions, and any future required maintenance items.
